Arizona State Board of Pharmacy Regulations (A.A.C. Title 4, Chapter 23)
U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) regulations (if applicable)
Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy and security rules
We are a cash-only pharmacy — we do not accept insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or third-party billing.
3. Eligibility
To use our pharmacy services, you must:
-
Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your state).
-
Reside in a U.S. state to which Friendly Fill Pharmacy is legally authorized to ship medications.
-
Provide a valid prescription issued by a licensed prescriber.
-
Agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal and health information.
4. Cash-Only Payment Policy
All payments must be made in full before prescription processing and shipment.
We accept cash, certified check, money order, or approved digital payment methods.
No insurance billing, reimbursement claims, or third-party payer submissions are accepted.
Refunds and returns are generally not permitted once medication leaves the pharmacy, per A.A.C. R4-23-408 (drug return and reuse prohibition).
5. Prescription Requirements
All prescriptions must comply with A.A.C. R4-23-407 and applicable federal laws, including:
-
The prescription must include the patient’s full name, address, drug name, strength, directions for use, prescriber’s name and signature, and date of issuance.
-
Controlled substances (if dispensed) require verification under Arizona CSPMP (Controlled Substances Prescription Monitoring Program).
-
Faxed or electronic prescriptions are accepted only from licensed prescribers.
-
Verbal prescriptions may be accepted for non-controlled medications only.
-
We reserve the right to verify or refuse any prescription that appears invalid, altered, or inconsistent with medical or legal requirements.
6. Dispensing and Mail-Order Delivery
Medications are dispensed only after pharmacist verification and full payment.
All shipments are sent using tamper-evident, trackable packaging.
Delivery may require an adult signature upon receipt.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers once the package leaves our facility.
For temperature-sensitive items, we use insulated packaging and tracking.
7. Refunds and Returns
Due to federal and state pharmacy regulations (A.A.C. R4-23-408), prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once they have left the pharmacy.
Refunds are issued only if:
-
The pharmacy ships an incorrect medication due to our error, or
-
A shipment is damaged before reaching the patient (verified by carrier report).
Requests for refund or reshipment must be submitted in writing to [Insert contact email] within five (5) business days of delivery.
